We have a myriad of classes to choose from each week.  Classes listed in ORANGE have been identified by our members and beginner friendly.

SENIORS

Need the motivation of a group?  Your membership comes with a host of fitness classes that will help you reach your health & wellness goals.  Classes that were specifically designed to be easy on aging joints and that focus on balance and stability are labled “functionally fit”.  Of course seniors are welcome in any class on the schedule.
